Jack W. Nichols, President and Founder of Progressive Equities, LLC, has been involved in the oil and gas business since the late 1980s. He began his oil and gas career as a private drilling and development partner in South Central Texas. Also active in real estate, real estate development, and real estate finance throughout the South, Central and Western United States, Mr. Nichols made oil and gas his full time business in 2001. He has since been actively involved in oil and gas projects in South Texas, East Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Kansas, Louisiana and the Bakken Shale in North Dakota.

Mr. Nichols founded Progressive Equities in 2011 with the vision of developing make sense oil and energy offerings that are more equitable to the investing partners than have typically been seen in the market place. To that end, he strives to provide streamlined economics and financial congruity on his projects, keeping Oil Company and Investor profits up while creating a more level financial playing field.

Virtually revolutionizing the manner in which one is able to invest in domestic oil and gas projects, Mr. Nichols created a 'stem-to-stern' oil and energy investment platform which has facilitated, developed and deployed some of the most successful 506(c) retail oil and gas offerings in the United States.

Rebecca Sodek is Director of Operations for Progressive Equities, LLC. She manages the multi-faceted daily business processes including operations and human resources. She is critically instrumental in the development of the company's business plan and finances.

Rebecca has extensive sales and marketing experience. She is a pioneer in helping to launch several of the most if not the most, profitable, efficient and largest 506(c) offerings in retail oil and gas to date.

Rebecca believes that properly structured alternative investments offer a much more viable opportunity to make early significant returns on investments in the market today. Her goal is to ensure that partnering investors are delivered the best retail oil and gas opportunities in the country with the highest level of customer experience possible.

Crystal Rigg

Crystal Rigg is the Lead Investor Services Representative for Progressive Equities, LLC. In her role, Crystal is responsible for communicating with potential and partnering investors along all stages of the investing platform, including the first interaction of taking an order and providing offering documents. She fields inquiries from potential investors and answers questions about the documents and acceptance procedures.

Crystal has over 20 years of experience in customer relations and serves the company's investors with the highest level of dedication and attention to detail. She works with investors to ensure that the offering documents are completed and sufficient information is obtained to verify accredited investor status for the company's 506(c) private placement offerings.

Each investor that interacts with Crystal is communicated with clearly and treated as a person and not just a name on a file. Her dedication to detail and integrity are values she secured while serving as an Intelligence Applications Apprentice in the US Air Force.
